It's November. How time flies.
Christmas 2009 is just around the corner, so time for another wishlist! I know gifts and presents aren't the main focus of Christmas in the religious POV, but it adds to the cheery festive mood during the holiday season that all can enjoy.
A wise old quote from the Bible: It's more blessed to give than to receive.
So don't be a scrooge and stop hoarding your precious pocket money for ridiculous items like posters and photos of your beloved Korean idols (you can print them yourself btw). Sheesh.
Christmas shopping for idiots
1) Never buy photo frames. Frankly, they just take up valuable space in your cupboard for the next 10 years or so.
2) Buy things that you think the recipient will like, not things that you like.
3) Daiso, if all else fails. Don't just buy for the sake of having something to give though.
4) Books always work. Most bookstores like borders usually have some good deals.
5) Book vouchers or cards with stored values. I think GV used to sell cards with stored value that you could use to buy tickets, don't know if they still have them.
Seems like i forgot about my wishlist. Maybe next time.
