mobile phone evolution

Ahh I remember those brick-like phones. It was an object of fascination when i was younger. And i mean really young, probably when i was 3 or 4 years old. I was told never to touch it lest i dropped it on my foot. I secretly think that my tech obsession started long ago.

I'm thankful that we are all living in a world of iphones, blackberries and what-not.

How to waste time part 2:
Step 1 - Make your own 3d glasses
1) Get a piece of cardboard, draw out spectacle frames and cut it out.
2) Make sure you cut out the part where the 'lenses' are supposed to be (don't be dumb). Also ensure that you have some way of making your DIY glasses stay on your face. The alternative is to glue it on your face if you are too dumb.
3) Fix red cellophane paper to the left hole, and blue cellophane to the right hole.

Step 2 - Watch 3D videos on youtube
1) search for 3d videos
2) put on your glasses/ glue on your glasses
3) Stare at the screen like an idiot.
4) Try not to drool and poke your screen in wonderment and awe.

Note: You can colour transparency plastic blue and red using markers if you don't have cellophane.

1) Indulge in mindless consumerism like I did. (shopping)
2) Go to Ikea to eat swedish meatballs and turn into one too.
3) Develop a passion for harassing people on facebook.
4) Eat cheese.
5) Sms someone that you like to eat cheese.

i love saturdays

I love Saturdays.

I love how you get greeted by half a newspaper's worth of mobile phone ads in the morning. Its fierce competition between the telcos, so you see red, green, orange.

Oh and btw, M1 now sells iPhones.

Today is exceptional, because there is this Sony Ericsson Satio thing stuck on the front of The Straits Times. How attention grabbing. And then if you look at the back of Home, there is an ad that involves a samsung Pixon12, a tiny dog (i feel like squashing it), and a fat guy. Nice combination eh?

Whats more amusing is that the dog happens to be stuck in the Fat guys XXL (or maybe more X) pants.

I should cut it out and stick it in the photo album.

Please don't think I am crazy.

Isn't this song epic? Final Fantasy has the nicest soundtracks out of all the video games. I am a fan of Nobuo Uematsu on facebook now. heh.

htc HD2 is an ultra beasty phone. That 4.3" screen is love. iPod touch's 3.5" screen pales in comparison. And all those iPhone/iPod touch owners out there thought they had the biggest showy screens around.
