blahblah

I think some things about Singapore are ridiculous.

Like the signs they put everywhere. They don't really serve any purpose.

Go into a shopping centre, and you see a sign pointing straight ahead with the words 'shops' on it. Walk another 100m, and you see a sign pointing to the right with the words 'more shops'.

I'm sure that is pretty helpful. Obviously there are shops right, and more shops. If not why is it called a shopping centre? Neil Humphreys is so smart lah. Why does he recognise all this things?

And then yesterday after getting home from batch dinner at plaza sing, took mrt home from dhoby ghaut. And since Liying is a lao ahma, I kindly accompanied her on the travelator. And then at the end of the travelator, there was this sign saying 'end of travelator' or something like that. That is ridiculous. Can't you see that its the end? Or maybe it has some hidden purpose that i don't know. But its still ridiculous.

Its interesting to note that something as mundane as an MRT station travelator can still surprise me.

On a random side note, it was always my dream to have a travelator leading to my house doorway. And then there would be a sign at the end saying 'welcome home', and not 'end of travelator'.
