Hey to all you big and not so big humbugs. I am in an okay mood today.
So I shall blog Okay-ly.
First thing in the morning, I got dragged out of bed, my parents wanted to go to Marina Barrage. Its Marina Barrage, with a B. NOT a Garage. Thank you. People's hearing these days...
Anyway I agreed to go on the condition that I got to eat a nice unhealthy breakfast. We planned to go to macs but then went to Carls Jr at the ECP. I have waited 2 years to eat at Carls Jr. I was freaking happy.
I ordered a breakfast burger, which frankly speaking, was not as nice as i imagined it to be. I just ate a whole bunch of calories for something which was okay. Thats why I'm in an okay mood. And it was super ex can. Macs breakfast is so much more worth it. Long live mcdonalds.
And so after I ate a billion calories, we finally arrived at Marina BARRAGE. First impression: It looks like a concrete jungle. Then we had a guided tour blahblah. Gallery. Corridor. Toilet. Pumps. Dam. Toilet. The works. Nothing that interesting. I quite like the sinks in the toilet.
The roof-top was nice though. Panaromic views and Keep off the grass signs. Yes, there is grass on the roof-top. And apparently its 'maturing turf'. So you better keep your itchy and smelly feet off the grass lest you kill it and incur the wrath of the grass ghosts.
Picked up crazy bro, and then ate prawn mee at jalan something. Yes, all good food are situated at Jalan-something. Like mee-pok. I just dranked barley. DETOXDETOXDETOX.
Music lesson was funny. I think my music teacher is going to scream at the class next week. haha. After which, I had a good time banging on all the keys of the digital piano. I swear I am going to buy a digital piano in this lifetime.
cheers,
humbug
